Welcoming Our New Beginning

It is time to welcome our country's new beginning; new direction; new opportunities, with an open heart. Allow yourself to connect with your heart by breathing deeply. Clear and cleanse it with your breath and/or by simply thinking of its purity. Take a moment to feel the love for your children, your family, yourself. Bask in this feeling, placing your hands on your heart and then extending them around with the intention to share this intense feeling of love. Imagine yourself connected to all other Americans in a large human chain, hugging our country USA. Feel the connection; feel the love! As you begin to separate from the chain, notice that there is a new gateway to re enter the USA. This gateway is pure gold and it has been reconstructed with our hearts and our deeply felt love. Noitce the ease to go through it, the joy felt while contemplating its beauty. Walk through it with a sense of completion, of optimism, of abundance and of unity. Breath deeply. Hug yourself and thank yourself for being part of this collective. We did it!
